Our Live Auction this year is filled with one-of-a-kind, priceless items & experiences! Off the Record’s Michael Landsberg & Fashion Television’s Jeanne Beker are co-hosting our live auction and it is sure to be a highlight of the evening!
The following is a full listing of the Live Auction items that will be available for bidding on September 24th, 2011 at THREE TO BE’s Stems of Hope Gala: Robotica. We are accepting bids for the items listed in this catalogue by email prior to the event. The pre-bidding deadline is Friday September 23rd, 2011 at 9pm.
Once you place your pre-bid, a representative at the gala will bid on your behalf, up to your maximum bidding amount. We will inform you if you have won an item on Sunday September 25th, 2011. If you would like to be on the phone with a representative of THREE TO BE who will place bids on your behalf during the live auction, we can arrange that (please contact dana@threetobe.org).
The following information must be submitted when pre-bidding:

All bids should be your highest bid unless you are attending the gala in person or over the phone on September 24th. Your bid must meet or exceed the starting reserve bid.

Please note: Sending an email with your bid amount will represent an actual bid. You will be accountable for fulfilling the bid by making payment for the item should you be the winning bidder for that item. In order to revoke your bid, you must send a second email prior to 9pm on Friday September 23rd. You will receive confirmation that your bid has been revoked.
Methods of Payment
If you are attending the gala, winning bidders may purchase their items by submitting cash, cheque or making payment by credit card at the event.
If you are not attending the event and you are the winning bidder, you will be contacted by Dana Florence at dana@threetobe.org to arrange payment.
